Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani-Peruvian Muay thai fighter, mixed martial artist and currently competes within the UFC flyweight division. Shevchenko beat Anissa in a unanimously-decided match after which she beat Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4. She resigned from the organization and began Dana White's Contender Series 2018. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera as part of Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. Antonina defeated Nievera by her superior striking abilities at the end of the fight with knees placed on her body. In the aftermath of this victory, Antonina was able to sign the chance to sign a UFC contract. Antonina Shevchenko made her debut in UFC in her debut at the TUF Finals TUF Heavy Hitting fight against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi in a split-decision fight, after prevailing in the initial bout by a unanimous decision.
